Q: Do I need an account to make an order?

Yes,  account creation is required when ordering from us.


Q: What payment methods do CNES Shoemaker accepts?

PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


Q: Can I still include items into an existing order made?

CNES shoemaker aim to dispatch orders within one working day. If you have not received your tracking number, you may send us an email and we’ll try to hold your shipment till you have all the items.


Q: My size is out of stock; will you restock it?

If an item is restocked, you have the option to use the “send me” notification via email. When an item is restocked, you will receive a notification email once your size is available again. If there is no “send me” notification for this item, it will not be restocked soon.


Q: How do I go about ordering a MTO (made-to-order)?

The offerings vary slightly between different models and lasts so e-mail us at sales@cnes.co for further assistance.

Yes, we offer a 14 days return policy from the time you receive your item. We do not offer any returns on made-to-order items or personalized items. You may read our full return policy

Q: Which currency are you using?

We trade in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We also showcase prices in Euro, US Dollars and other currencies, these prices may differ from time to time depending on the currency exchange rate to SGD.




Q: Can discount codes and vouchers be use with on going sales promotion?
